There is, (among many), a part of the world that everyday sees another sunrise bring with it pain, suffering, death-far too soon....but, along with this is the courage, love, strength and determination to survive and help others live with as much dignity and wellbeing as possible.

How lovely to see you back, Pam! Warm hugs to you and yours. Hope all is well on your side of the globe.

Please visit Chris/WW... he's had a stroke and is in hospital... all updates are being posted on his last blog post comments' page.

He is starting the slow road to recovery but needs all the healing thoughts he can get.

Pam, if u happen to catch this, got your message about Chris, I am so sorry to hear this news...have tried several times today to get over to your place and around, I keep getting kicked out of blogger--but not my own???

I will keep trying to leave Chris a message, my thoughts, prayers and best wishes are with him too...to be well, to get through the challenges ahead. Just hugs for him, so young, so full of life.

I don't know of sri Chinmoy, but he sure warms the cockles of the old heart. Yes. That's the way we feel sometimes on a good day in late middle age.
