Moonshine..

A Moon-dawg
Moon-stick

The moon like a flower In heaven's high bower, With silent delight
Sits and smiles on the night.. (William Blake)

I've done it again, haven't I, put up the same pic twice...where is the eject button Scotty?

"There is something haunting in the light of the moon; it has all the dispassionateness of a disembodied soul, and something of its inconceivable mystery." Lord Jim..Joseph Conrad

"Soon as the evening shades prevail, The moon takes up the wondrous tale, And nightly to the listening earth Repeats the story of her birth.." Joseph Addison

"The moving moon went up to the sky, And nowhere did abide; Softly she was going up, And a star or two beside." ..Samuel Taylor Coleridge (The Ancient Mariner).

Great moon shots! I really like the one with it at the top of the pole, like a giant lamp post.

And look at your chubby sheep! They're just too cute. Too cute. I like chubby sheep. I also like your doggie. Any of the bull terrier types really tug at my heartstrings.

Thanks for popping in the other day. I like following links, too!

Great moon shots. I took some of the moon today myself. Here on the other side of the world we had an equally clear day. Ill post my moon pic soon.
I loved the ploughed soil shot in your last post. The sun catching the tops of the ridges is very appealing to the eye.

Pam,

I am blown away by your photos. I have always wanted to visit Australia, and almost feel as if I have now.

The moon and horse pix are fantastic, and you have really captured the feel of your town and topography.

I'll be back soon and often.
