I don't think anything strikes the heart's chord more than a horse running through a field with abandon, his mane and tail flying in the breeze.Janice Thomsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02506920585319893814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4148850810133548745.post-69340898576686469882008-07-18T05:20:00.000-07:002008-07-18T05:20:00.000-07:00Pam this is an amazing post. What I do is mostly a matter of getting the camera close to the subject and having a macro setting. What you do in terms of composition and all that goes into a great landscape and action shot is what I aspire and have a lot of trouble with.

I love horses and rode a lot growing up although not since I was in my 20s and never owned my own horse.

This post was a thing of beauty, the photographs, the quotes you found and how you put it all together.

I wondered if pollinators were the issues regarding the comment on my blog about the person who kept tomatoes alive in spite of the drought condition and then the fruit didn't set. I don't know how affected the bees have been by your long term drought but that was the main thing I can think of.

Take care, CarverCarverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05968919406427737503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4148850810133548745.post-67999088699615160312008-07-18T04:53:00.000-07:002008-07-18T04:53:00.000-07:00I always look forward to what you post Pam.
